Thermoflect used to protect the roof of a hotel in Germany

THERMOFLECT is a seamless bitumen rubber membrane applied by spray for waterproofing both new and old roofs. Thermoflect is also suitable for bridge decking and reservoir lining.

It is based on emulsions of various types of bitumen and synthetic rubber. Type D18 is formulated for flat or slightly inclined roofs.

Type D21 is for steeply inclined roofs and for sealing vertical excavations and for use in very hot climates.

Both formulations exhibit high anticorrosive properties.

Inorganic salts in an aqueous solution are used as precipitants; the concentration used depends on the surface to be treated and the specification to be fulfilled.
